For students
A shift at work, a club you kept turning up to, a project that went badly and taught you something — applications ask about all of it, and it is the ordinary weeks that disappear first.
Stuck on the wording? Answer three questions and Aimlio assembles them — using only words you wrote.
For student-athletes
Log a meet, a captaincy or a personal best the same way you log anything else. It lands in the same record and feeds the same documents.
Sport, event, level, result, season and your own part are all optional fields. “Won our regional tournament” saves on its own.
Recruiting conversations start earlier than applications do. This is easier to share than a season you are trying to piece back together.
For parents
You will remember the big moments. The smaller ones are the ones that get lost, and they are often the ones that say the most about who your child is becoming.
The student owns the record. The parent supports the journey.
Create a parent account, look around, and send your child an invitation by email or link. They don't need an account yet.
A student already using Aimlio can invite you. Same connection, started from the other end.
See what they log, understand the skills behind it, follow goals, and send the occasional reminder about something worth writing down.
And what they cannot. Access is read-only, enforced by the database rather than the app — a parent can never edit or delete anything. Either of you can end the connection at any time.
Knowing their email address grants you nothing. They create their own account, read exactly what you would and would not be able to see, and accept. Until they do, there is nothing to see.
Every figure here is counted from the student's own entries.

It is the easiest time. Starting early doesn't mean doing more — it means the record builds a line at a time instead of being reconstructed in one evening later on.
The plan you chose starts and renews at the price shown. Cancel before the trial ends and you are charged nothing. Cancel later and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out. Either way nothing you saved is deleted, and export stays available.
No. It helps you say what you did more clearly. It will not invent an achievement, a number or a role, nothing is applied until you tap it, and your original is kept beside it. You can also switch AI off completely in Profile → Settings, and every other part of Aimlio carries on working.
You, and any parent whose invitation you accepted — read-only. There is no public profile, no feed, and no way for another user to find you.
Yes. A parent can create their own account, look around, and send an invitation by email or link. The child still makes their own account and chooses whether to accept — an email address on its own grants a parent nothing.
Yes. Family covers up to three students plus one parent. Each student keeps their own separate record, and nothing is merged between them.
Sign in on the new device and everything is there. You can also export everything to a single file and restore it on any device.
Not yet. It is built for students in 8th grade and above, and accounts below that are not accepted. If you are close, you are welcome back when you get there.
